If someone had told me when I was 18 that my zone of genius was going to be entrepreneurship and business strategy, I would have said "No way! I don't want to do that!". It turns out, that's exactly what I do best, and it's also what I love.

My parents were entrepreneurs, so it's really no surprise. I grew up listening to them talk about their business and the problems they were solving every day. By the time I was 7, I knew what a corporation was, including the officers and what their roles were.

When it came time for me to start my own mobile fitness business in the Bay Area in the 90's, it was like riding a bike. I knew exactly how to do it, and I've been a business owner ever since. From mobile fitness, to multiple chiropractic practices, to online health coaching in 2014, long before online health coaching was even a "thing".

In 2016, I created an online weight-loss coaching business from zero to six figures in under 4 months, and then scaled it to $1M in services only, and I've never looked back.

I love getting texts from my clients who are holistic health practitioners telling me they signed on a new client for a year into their high-ticket virtual coaching offer.

I'm blessed to have the privilege of working with such freedom in my own life and to get the opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in health & wellness and be the strategist that helps them build and scale their businesses and create the life of their own dreams!
